Upaya untuk mewujudkan pembangunan desa yang inklusif dan berkeadilan gender di Kabupaten Sigi terus menunjukkan hasil nyata. Melalui sinergi yang kuat antara Pemerintah Desa Kaleke dan Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Desa (DPMD) Kabupaten Sigi, peran perempuan dalam perencanaan dan pengambilan keputusan kini menjadi prioritas utama, bukan lagi sekadar pelengkap.
Komitmen ini ditegaskan oleh Kepala Desa Kaleke, Mohamad Taufan. Dalam Dialog Interaktif yang disiarkan oleh Pro 1 RRI Palu pada Rabu, 18 Juni 2025, ia menyatakan bahwa pelibatan perempuan dalam musyawarah desa dan proses penyusunan anggaran telah menjadi praktik standar selama tiga tahun masa jabatannya. Menurutnya, perspektif perempuan sangat krusial untuk menangkap kebutuhan riil masyarakat secara menyeluruh.
“Alhamdulillah, kami secara konsisten melibatkan kaum perempuan dalam setiap tahapan perencanaan. Banyak sekali usulan-usulan konstruktif dari mereka yang telah kami diskusikan, akomodasi, dan tindak lanjuti dalam program desa,” ujar Taufan.
Sebagai bukti nyata dari komitmen tersebut, Taufan memaparkan bahwa pada tahun 2023, Pemerintah Desa Kaleke secara khusus mengalokasikan anggaran sebesar Rp12,6 juta. Dana ini dialokasikan untuk mendukung operasional Satuan Tugas Perlindungan Perempuan dan Anak (Satgas PPA) di tingkat desa. Inisiatif ini merupakan langkah konkret untuk menciptakan lingkungan sosial yang lebih aman dan mendukung bagi perempuan serta anak-anak.
“Dukungan ini adalah cerminan dari penghargaan kami. Kami sangat mendukung program apa pun yang berkaitan dengan pemberdayaan perempuan, karena faktanya mereka adalah elemen masyarakat yang paling aktif dan berkontribusi dalam setiap kegiatan di desa kami,” tambah Taufan.
Dukungan ini tidak hanya datang dari tingkat desa. Kepala Bidang Penataan dan Perkembangan Desa dari DPMD Kabupaten Sigi, Siti Hadijah, mengonfirmasi bahwa partisipasi perempuan dalam pembangunan desa memiliki landasan regulasi yang kuat. Aturan ini, jelasnya, memastikan adanya keterwakilan perempuan dalam berbagai kelembagaan desa, termasuk di dalam Badan Permusyawaratan Desa (BPD).
“Keterlibatan perempuan dalam struktur pemerintahan desa adalah sebuah keharusan yang diatur oleh regulasi. Ini merupakan bentuk pengakuan negara atas peran strategis mereka dalam memajukan desa,” kata Siti Hadijah.
Lebih lanjut, ia menekankan bahwa langkah ini sejalan dengan visi yang lebih besar, di mana Kabupaten Sigi telah secara resmi mendeklarasikan diri sebagai kabupaten yang aman dan ramah perempuan. Oleh karena itu, DPMD secara aktif mendorong dan mengevaluasi setiap desa untuk menjamin ruang partisipasi yang seluas-luasnya bagi kaum perempuan.
“Kami memiliki mekanisme evaluasi untuk setiap kegiatan desa, termasuk memantau sejauh mana aspirasi perempuan diakomodasi dalam Musyawarah Perencanaan Pembangunan (Musrenbang) dan dokumen perencanaan lainnya,” tutur Siti.
Kolaborasi apik antara pemerintah desa seperti Desa Kaleke dan dinas terkait seperti DPMD Sigi ini diharapkan menjadi model yang dapat direplikasi untuk terus memperkuat fondasi pembangunan desa yang berkelanjutan, inklusif, dan berperspektif gender di seluruh wilayah Kabupaten Sigi.
